They design and CNC their own frame components. They even hand buff, powder coat and mask frames individually by hand. And do it all in their factory in Vancouver, B.C. to ensure the quality, durability, and performance of their bicycles.
Yes, it takes more time and effort to build this way. But if you love your bike, it's worth it.
